Landscape designs

Prices can vary depending on the need for each client. These are not to be considered one size fits all, please feel free to contact me for a personalized quote on your landscape design! All include an initial site visit and one revision to the plan.

Basic Landscape Design

$500

Landscape beds/plantings only. Includes basic, scaled CAD layout with plant names, quantities, and pictures.

Landscape & Hardscape Design

$1,500

Landscape beds and patios/walkways. Includes scaled CAD layout with plant names, quantities, measurements of beds and patio areas for estimate take-off. This could be front walkways, back patios, fire pit areas, etc along with a landscape planting plan.

Full Landscape & Hardscape Plan

$2,500

Landscape beds, patios/outdoor living spaces such as kitchens, and retaining walls. Includes scaled CAD layout with plant names, quantities, measurements of beds and patio areas for estimate take-off. Also includes material selection for patios and retaining walls.

on-site consultation / DESIGN extras

If a formal landscape design is not needed, I offer the opportunity to meet with you at your site to discuss any landscape needs or ideas. I also offer "extras" to my above design services and availability to see a project through installation. Please inquire for that specific pricing.

On-site Consultation

$65+

I charge a base fee of $65 to cover my travel and then it's $65 for every hour spent on site discussing your landscape needs and wants. I do offer video consultation services in which I would waive the initial fee of $65.

3D Renderings

$300+

Have a hard time visualizing a paper CAD lay out? I do offer a 3D visual which would replicate your house and property for optimal visualization of your dream landscape design. This starts at $300 but can vary depending on the complexity of the design.

Rendered CAD Layout

$200+

I can add color to your CAD layout to also help in visualizing your landscape. This starts at $200 but can vary depending on the complexity of the design.

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Need help maintaining your landscape? I do offer weeding, pruning, planting, and seasonal pots to keep your landscape looking beautiful throughout the season!

General Maintenance

$45/hr

Weeding, pruning, and planting as needed. I offer bi-weekly or weekly visits. I can provide an estimated amount of time to clean up and maintain your landscape throughout the season. Contact me below!

Seasonal Pots

Your outdoor planters can be on display all season long! I can update your planters for any occasion or season. Price to be determined after consultation.

Planting

Need some color added to your landscape? I can plant your annuals each season (and remove) OR I can add perennials, shrubs, small trees to spruce up your existing landscape! Price to be determined after consultation.
